Refund & Return Policy

At Divya Shakti Health Care, we value our customers and ensure that every product is packed and delivered with utmost care. However, in rare cases, issues may arise. our Refund & Return Policy is outlined below:

1. Eligibility for Replacement

  • Replacement is applicable only if the product is received in a damaged or broken condition at the time of delivery.

  • No refund or return will be entertained for reasons such as dislike of product, change of mind, or non-suitability.

  • To claim a replacement, the customer must provide clear video proof of the package being opened (unboxing video) or clear photographs showing the damage at the time of delivery.

2. Proof Requirement

The unboxing video/photo must clearly show:

  • The condition of the outer packaging.

  • The process of opening the package.

  • The damaged product as received.

Note: Claims without proper video/photo proof will not be accepted.

3. Process for Replacement

  • Customers must raise a replacement request within 24 hours of receiving the product by contacting us at: divyashaktihealthcare@gmail.com / +91 9073005700

  • Once the proof is verified, a replacement of the same product will be shipped at no extra cost.

  • No monetary refund will be issued for damaged products; only replacement will be provided.

4. Refunds (Non-Delivery & Payment Issues)

  • If an order is not delivered due to courier issues or reasons beyond the customer’s control, the customer will be eligible for a reshipment of the product.

  • If a payment is deducted but the order is not confirmed, a refund will be initiated within 5–7 working days as per the payment gateway’s process.

  • In case of double payment or failed transactions, customers must provide valid transaction details to initiate resolution.

5. Conditions Not Covered

  • Damage due to misuse, mishandling, or negligence after delivery.

  • Claims made after 24 hours of delivery.

  • Missing proof of damage (unboxing video/photos).
