Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Divya Shakti Health Care, we take utmost care in ensuring that your orders are delivered safely and on time. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains the terms under which products are dispatched and delivered to you. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms mentioned below.

1. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship orders across India.

  • International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.

  • Standard processing time is 1–3 business days (excluding Weekends and public holidays).

  • Processing may take longer in case of high demand, stock unavailability, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

  • Within the same state: 3–7 business days

  • Other states in India: 5–14 business days

  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, strikes, or events beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.

  • We reserve the right to revise shipping fees at any time without prior notice.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must provide a complete and accurate address, including correct contact number and pin code.

  • Divya Shakti Health Care shall not be held responsible for delays or non-delivery arising out of incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

6. Failed Delivery & Reshipment

  • If the delivery attempt fails due to reasons not attributable to the customer (e.g., courier issues), we will reship the product at no extra cost.

  • If the failure is due to customer reasons (e.g., incorrect/incomplete address, unavailability at delivery time, refusal to accept the parcel), no refund or return will be provided. Reshipment may only be arranged at the customer’s cost.

7. Damaged, Defective or Lost Shipments

  • Customers must check the package upon delivery. If the product is damaged, defective, or tampered, it must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Clear photographs or unboxing video are mandatory for claiming a replacement.

  • Claims made after 24 hours or without sufficient proof will not be accepted.

  • In case of a lost shipment confirmed by our courier partner, the customer will receive a reshipment only.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Divya Shakti Health Care shall not be responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

  • Once the order is dispatched, responsibility for timely delivery rests with the courier partner, though we will provide full assistance in case of issues.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • This Shipping & Delivery Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Rohtak, Haryana.
