1. Use of Website

2. Products & Services
All products are Ayurvedic and made with natural ingredients.
Results may vary from person to person depending on body condition and lifestyle.
- Our products are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Customers are advised to consult a healthcare professional before use, especially if they have pre-existing medical conditions.
3. Orders & Payments
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion (e.g., in case of stock unavailability or payment issues).
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
If a payment is deducted but the order is not confirmed, the refund will be initiated within 5–7 working days as per the payment gateway’s process.
In case of double payment or failed transactions, customers must provide valid transaction details to initiate resolution.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping timelines are approximate and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
- Customers must provide accurate delivery details; we are not responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect addresses.
- If an order is not delivered due to courier issues or other reasons beyond the customer’s control, the customer will be eligible for reshipment of the product.
5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of Ayurvedic products, we do not accept returns once a product is opened or used.

Refunds are not provided under any circumstances except in cases where:
Payment is deducted but the order is not confirmed.

Replacement will only be issued if the product is received in a damaged or defective condition at the time of delivery.

To claim a replacement, the customer must provide clear unboxing video or photographs showing the damage at the time of delivery.

Claims without proper proof or raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
- The decision of Divya Shakti Health Care will be final in all replacement-related matters.
6. Limitation of Liability
Divya Shakti Health Care is not responsible for any adverse effects caused due to misuse of the products or ignoring usage guidelines.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use.
7. Intellectual Property

All logos, product names, images, and website content belong to Divya Shakti Health Care.
- Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
- Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Rohtak, Haryana.
